St James Center is a non for profit organization incorporated in the State of New York, working for the community. The purposes for which
St James Community Center, Inc. is to be formed are exclusively charitable, to wit: to brring into a coalition neirborhood churches, civic and cultural organizations and other community-based institutions in order to develop a unified program to secure rights for individuals guaranteed by Federal and State constitutions; to counsel and assist individuals, to provide accessible information and assistance in obtaining benefit services, access to cultural programs to a growing minority population that lacks English language skills.
